Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact our support team at support@customenvy.com, and we'll do our best to resolve your issue. Our team is here to ensure you're fully satisfied with your Custom Envy product.
Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to Custom Envy in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Returns are limited to one item per order.
- Bulk orders are not eligible for returns under this policy. Please contact support@customenvy.com for assistance with bulk orders.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Expedited processing fees
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-5 business days.
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank and credit card company first, as it may take some time for your refund to be posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@customenvy.com.
Exchanges for Defective Items
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your defective item for the same product, please email us at support@customenvy.com and send your item to the address below.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or an error occurred in the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
Lifetime Warranty
At Custom Envy, we stand by the quality and durability of our products, which is why we offer a Lifetime Warranty for all of our custom cases.
What’s Covered?
Our Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use. If your case develops an issue related to its craftsmanship or materials, we will replace it free of charge.
What’s Not Covered?
Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents (e.g., drops, water exposure, chemical exposure, excessive wear and tear).
- Unauthorized alterations or modifications.
- Cosmetic damages, such as scratches, dents, or discoloration due to regular use.
- Loss or theft of the product.
Replacement Policy
- Warranty replacements will be for the same phone type and design as the original order. Phone models or designs cannot be changed under this warranty.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@customenvy.com with your order information and details of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the defective case. We will send a replacement of the same phone model and design at no cost for the case itself; however, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
